What is JobNeters?

It is a new kind of Job Board in the United Kingdom (some already exist in the United States and in France, but not in the UK). The website aggregates job ads for its launching from a hundred English sources, but gradually they will be replaced by referral job ads.

Indeed, the goal of JobNeters is to help recruiters to receive fewer applications with appropriate qualifications. Applicants to JobNeters must be referred by a professional acquaintance. Thus referrers play a major role by filtering applications, as they give their backing to the applicant.

Everybody can register on JobNeters.com and become a referrer for current or former colleagues or friends. It is a good deed and a good deal at the same time: your colleague finds a new career and you earn money for that. Referers get paid if the person they've referred is hired. It is worth it for everybody!

Any job seeker can apply to a referral job ad, but only with the support of a professional referrer.
